Support chat privacy notice
This notice explains what happens when you choose to enable Celes7a support chat.
Provider and purpose
Celes7a uses Zoho SalesIQ to provide live and offline human support. We use information submitted in chat to understand your request, respond to you, and follow up on project enquiries or existing-client support.
Information processed
The chat form requires your name and email address so that we can continue an unresolved conversation after the live session. It may also ask for your company, request type, and message. Once chat is enabled, SalesIQ may also process cookies and technical visitor context needed to operate the widget, such as page and session information. Celes7a configures SalesIQ to mask visitor IP addresses and does not use proactive tracking invitations.
Please do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information in chat.
Retention and email follow-up
The SalesIQ Free plan makes chat history available to Celes7a operators for 30 days. If your request cannot be completed during the chat, we will continue the conversation using the email address you supplied. That email correspondence follows Celes7a's applicable email-retention process. The configured production account and this wording must be reviewed together before launch.
Your choice
SalesIQ is not loaded until you select Enable support chat. You can review or withdraw that choice at any time using Support chat preferences in the site footer. Withdrawal prevents SalesIQ from loading on later pages, but it does not delete messages already submitted. The resource hub, Help Centre, and contact form remain available without support messaging.
Deletion requests
To ask about or request deletion of chat information, use the Celes7a contact form and identify the email address used in chat. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
